Scalping Elmo is a dark skinned man of quarter century vintage, who enjoys whiskey and is pleased by immense caliber sidearms. He is currently in possession of a Single Cam compound bow, a Colt 1911 Series 80 and many black market items and goods. He likes Gandhi and is a self proclaimed adherent of Agorism.
