TIM

I am a libertarian in a simultaneously loose and precise sense of the word. Like many "little l's," I pull my opinions from a variety of sources and do not belong to a particular school of thought. I am going to be a junior this fall at the University of Pennsylvania where I am majoring in philosophy and minoring in legal studies/history.
This summer I am working at the Public Policy Foundation of West Virginia where I am diligently trying to convince people that Robert Byrd should not be allowed to funnel the money into this state like he does and that regulation does more harm than good. The progress is slow but satisfying.
