Although I submitted it for publication last week, the Georgia Tech student newspaper finally got around to printing my Letter to the Editor regarding Robert Stutman's recent visit to our campus. The letter is an abbreviated version of previous blog posts. As with all Letters to the Editor, the newspaper would only print a small fraction of what I wanted to write. They also edited my submission for "style." Blech.

Also, The Technique has an interesting submission policy whereby they refuse to publish more than one Letter to the Editor per semester per student. Whatever sense that makes, I do not know. But each semester, I must calculate the most pressing issue on which to use my single letter quota. This semester, it was Stutman.
